We collect information you provide when registering an account: business name, email address, blockchain wallet address. We also automatically collect transaction data such as amounts, payment status, transaction wallet addresses, and public blockchain data.
2. How we use your information
Information is used to: provide and operate the payment service; send transaction notifications and webhooks; improve user experience; comply with legal requirements; detect and prevent fraud.
3. Data security
We apply industry-standard security measures including: AES-256 encryption for sensitive data; HD Wallet with private keys never stored in the database; HTTPS/TLS connections; regular security audits.
4. Information sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share with: necessary service providers (hosting, blockchain RPC); law enforcement when required by law.
5. Data retention
Transaction data is retained for 7 years per legal requirements. Merchant accounts: data is kept for the duration of activity and 2 years after account closure.
6. Your rights
