1. Acceptance of terms
By registering and using VinPayment, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use the service.
2. Service description
VinPayment provides a cryptocurrency payment gateway allowing merchants to receive USDC and USDT on multiple blockchains (BSC, Tron, Polygon, Base, Ethereum). We provide an API, management dashboard, and webhook system.
3. Conditions of use
To use VinPayment, you must: be a legitimate business or individual aged 18 or older; provide accurate information when registering; not use the service for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing; comply with applicable laws.
4. Service fees
VinPayment charges 1% on each successful transaction, minimum $0.50 USD. Fees include gas fees. No fixed monthly fees, setup fees, or withdrawal fees. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Account and security
You are responsible for securing your API Key and Webhook Secret. Do not share these credentials. Notify us immediately if unauthorized access is detected. VinPayment is not responsible for losses due to API Key exposure.
6. Limitation of liability
VinPayment provides services "as is". We are not responsible for: losses due to blockchain or network errors; cryptocurrency price fluctuations; merchant system errors; indirect damages or legal consequences.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if violations of terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements are detected. Merchants may close their account at any time after withdrawing all balances.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. All disputes will be resolved in the competent People's Court in Vietnam.
